December 23, 1998: At Tinuay wildlife protection station, WFCC delivered the second GPS and 11 hammocks with net and 10 wildlife T-Shirts to rangers of Ja-Kae wildlife protection station in the attempt to reduce the lost of rangers from malaria . Hammock with net is greatly demanded by Thungyai rangers because it help protect them from malaria, though this equipment is costly, WFCC slowly provided and distributed the hammock with net to Thungyai rangers every year aiming to save the rangers' lives.
