September 30, 2004 at the meeting hall of the Forest Administration Office Area 3 , Banpong , Ratchaburi Province .

Mr. Witoon Rirermrat , chief in command of the Forest Administration Office Area 3 was representing The National Part , Wildlife and Plant Conservation Department , granting the Forest Protector Award to Mr. Tawet Utwichai , Chaiman of WFCC .

WFCC memebers with the chief in command of Forest Administration Area 3 and chief in command of Thungyai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary .

Wfcc gave a vinyl photo print of Thungyai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary and " The Western Complex " with the size of 1.5 X7 meter to the Forest Administration Office Area 3 on the same occasion .
