Just after Mr.Tawet Utwichai, chairman of WFCC , handed the construction plan of Bikee marine wildlife protection station to WFCC on the meeting day at Mr. Sompat Kaewpichit's place , representative to parliament, on December 9, 2005 , then Mr. Toedsak Patarawanee, head of construction team of WFCC who responsible for Biklee marine wildlife construction project , started to list out construction material as the construction plan. The size of the marine wildlife checkpoint as planned is 6 X 7.2 meter with the support of 25 iron 200 liters oil tanks which welded into 5 rows to help the building afloat. The main structure is made of iron beam with metal sheet on the roof. 1 bed room with the size of 2.4 X 6 meter is added with 1.2 X 1. 2 meter toilet at it's back. The floor and wall is made of VIVA board, 60 centimeter width of wooden walk way around the building will be attached. Radio antenna with RG-8 cable and 50 watts of solar cell panel will be installed on it's roof. Projected budget of Biklee marine wildlife construction project is ß150,000. The knock down technique is again applied to this construction project the same as the central radio network construction project of Thungyai which was successfully constructed. The construction is due to complete in 30 days and is divided in to 2 phases. The first phase is structure construction which will be produced at Mr. Toe's fishing well and when the structure pass the floating test in the fishing well, the engineers will take it down to pieces and transport them to Khao Lam dam for the reassembly in the second phase and continue the rest of the construction.
As WFCC always in deficit of fund, Mr.David's support just come in time. His donation was turned to be construction material for the marine wildlife checkpoint's structure. But yet, more fund is still in need, WFCC hope that more helps will come to drive this essential project to go on for the protection of the marine and wildlife of Biklee.
