It was the morning of November 15, 2005, WFCC staffs removed the structure of Biklee Marine Wildlife checkpoint from Mr.Ter’s fishing well to Vachiralongkorn (Khao Laem) Dam in Thong Pa Pum, Kanchanaburi province. On this opportunity, Mr. Tanat Wararat-ritikorn supported truck a with crane for the transportation.
Mr. Teodsak Pattarawani (Aun), the technician, marked symbol for easier during assembling process and managed the loading task of all equipments, tools, and building structure onto the craned truck. Viva board and Mega board were placed underneath, follow by other equipments and 2 welding machines. Steel structure and pontoon were loaded above. All materials were fastened firmly before starting departure to its new working site.
It was half way of completion after we paid all effort for months since Mr. David's donation came to our hands. However, the half way left has prepared several interference difficulties; especially fund for the rest materials, also manpower which we are still in shortage. Hopefully, by our all devotion together with social support, the project can finally reach its aim of protecting and reviving the last breeding resource of fresh water lives in Khao Laem reservoir; both for conservation purpose and to retain food for the poor people who survive by the wealthy of Khao Laem reservoir.
