September 9, 2005, WFCC truck carried foodstuff; including milled rice, tinned food, vegetable oil, fish sauce, etc. to support rangers, especially the temporary employers, at Maharaja Wildlife Protection Station. The temporary employees gain very little benefit each month, especially, during the end of yearly budget. Also, they work in unstable position, depends on how the new yearly budget will be set. The food support is mainly to relief the burden of food expense and to sustain their living, especially, when salary was sometime not yet paid. Moreover, it is to encourage their faith and dedication as the protector of the forest.
On this opportunity, Mr. Tewet Uttawichai donated a guitar, and Mr. Monthon Mapreeda donated a guitar case with a music book to Mr. Thitjit Sangkhakeeree who has talent on music & composition. Previously, he had composed a song named “Sesawo” during the construction project of radio network communication system. The guitar WFCC had donated is meant to support his development on such skill. Hopefully, his song could reveal our faith, hope, and dignity of such burden to be told from time to time.
