April 20, 2005 : WFCC transported a pick up full PVC water pipes to Ti Lai Pa wildlife protection station as to support the hill water construction according to the rangers' request due to the lack of water. The water crisis has been gradually increased since 2003 when the villagers who resided near by laid water pipes to the same stream as to share water with the wildlife protection station. In the past dry season there was no water to the wildlife protection station so the rangers walked down hill 400 meters to the Kasat stream and carried water up hill to the station for their living . The PVC water pipes WFCC delivered to the station will be laid up to the new source of water at the foot of the mountain 1,200 meters away where water is available all the year even in the dry season. Hill water is an ideal method to get water for rangers living , WFCC has supported construction materials for hill water construction to many wildlife protection stations eg., Koe Sadoeng , Tikong and Ti Lai Pa . Salawa wildlife protection station's hill water construction is also in WFCC plan , the survey is just completed and the project will be started soon. The hill water project help relief the water deficit for the rangers and lessen their daily life trouble which in return the rangers are more working effective due to their good working moral .
120 meters cable and some stationary were also
delivered to Ti Lai Pa wildlife protection station in
the same trip and will be used to fix an old wooden
bridge crossing the stream in front of the station for
rangers' safety sake .
