July 7, 2005 WFCC donated 1 radio transceiver unit with cable and antenna to the rangers of Kroeng Krawia wildlife checkpoint , Khao Laem National Park as to help improve its communication efficiency with near by radio stations in addition to AM-FM radio receiver WFCC donated months before. Kroeng Krawia wildlife checkpoint plays an important role in helping stop various illegal activities especially smugglers of wildlife carcass and wild flowers such as rare species of wild orchids which are in the protected list..
