During 12th-17th April, 2006, Maharaja wildlife protection unit officers constructed hill water supply system at Maharaja wildlife protection unit in order to eliminate water shortage and to support increasingly utility load result from academic promotions, such as; wildlife research and exhibition initiated in Maharaja wildlife protection unit. The hill water supply is mean to facilitate students, youths, researchers, and other visitors who come for academic purpose, including tourists who may come to stay at Maharaja unit during long weekends and vacations.
16 March 2006, Mr. Paitoon Kongkrapan and his technical companions from GLC of Thai Airways donated Baht 57,109 for material support to the 2 kilometers construction. The construction began since April 12, 2006. However, some material still shortage. WFCC therefore supported for the rest through its completion which was on April 17, 2006. Mr. Anan Sriphudphong, the assistant chief in command of Thungyai, had final inspection and then reported to Mr. Paitoon Kongkrapan, the supporter.
