October 21, 2006: During the mission of communication satellite installation at Kha Nang Rum wildlife research station, the 3rd mobile radio transceiver was presented to Huai Khakhaeng Wildlife Sanctuary as to follow Huai Khakhaeng radio system renovation project of WFCC. It was the 3rd of five mobile radio transceivers WFCC plan to support that worth totally Baht 65,000. The 5 set of mobile radio transceivers will be installed into 5 officers' trucks of Huai Khakhaeng for more communication effectiveness and enhancement of their duties; such as site administration & management, natural fire protection, patrol, survey & research etc. Mr. Chatchawal Pitdamkhum, chief in command of Huai Khakhaeng WS. received the mobile radio transceiver unit as shown in picture at Thungya Fak wildlife protection station.
