On 22nd October 2006 even field operation team of WCS Hornbill Project separated since the morning time, all KNR wildlife research staffs dedicatedly worked for translocation satellite tools and equipment all the day.
Four weighty 5 meter columns were transported to the excavation. Fortunately, a KNR's staff is experienced and very skillful on wooden work. The wooden work that day therefore passed through smoothly without any defect or accident to any colleague but with happiness and warm atmosphere.
After the four capital columns were set up, support planks were then delivered to shore up the whole structure. Then, upper slab were applied.
Nearly 5 pm, Concrete pouring for basing done. The total satellite composition were delivered up to install. Then, Koh climbed up to search direction of the target sky satellite.
However, our endeavor that day was not effective. Even a little bit higher than in the morning, the signal level was still under standard.
The obstacle still exist, so does our hope and intension. "Tomorrow we will rip off the obstructive leaves along the direction, otherwise even to rise up the tower again we shall do to get through our objective anyhow".
