It is the beginning of Maharaja Wildlife Protection Station Improvement Project on July 31, 2005. Since now WFCC task on academic field has been done progressively; as the coming project of “Thungyai Academic Field Support for Future Development” in which Dr. Anak is concern, the “Tiger Track Survey Project” which is held by Mr. Saksit from Khao Nang Rum Wildlife Research Station, and so on. These push Thungyai to be ready for such improvement, at least some necessary IT equipments and electricity should be provided. Thus, WFCC has discussed with Mr. Erb Cheong Sa-ard, the Chief in Command of Thungyai Naresuan, about the Maharaja Wildlife Protection Station Improvement Project which is proposed to be held mainly to support the academic development as refer. Regards to the total agreement of Mr. Earb Cheong Sa-ard, and Mr. Tawat Santisiri - the Assistant Chief in Command of Thungyai Naresuan – that it will extremely advantage to Maharaja Wildlife Protection Station and Thungyai Naresuan, WFCC suddenly started outsourcing the budget , manpower, also the designing process of solar cell system installation which is supported consultant by Mr. Pornlert Laorsuwan, Leonic Co., Ltd.
The working process has
been divided into 7 parts as following: Moreover, WFCC planned to renovate and repaint the old two offices, also to install the digital satellite TV signal equipments. All the working process is scheduled to be completed in 4 months; starts on July 2005, and to be finished within October 2005. The estimated total budget is baht 550,000 which partly supported by Ford Motor Co., Ltd. and will be spent on solar panels and electric equipments such as 3KW inverter ,controller ,batteries and construction materials. Project consulted by Mr. Pornlert Laorsuwan. Mr. Amphol Tapanapunnitikul is the project manager, Mr. Thanabaudi U-Ra-Rak ; the head of electrician team, and Mr. Teodsak Pattarawanee; the technician. During the process, we may need to confront several upcoming problems and difficulties, especially the problems of outsourcing budget and manpower, and the difficulties of transportation during the rainy season. However, we were convinced that the faithful cooperation and dedication of Thungyai’ s officers, WFCC members, volunteers, including supporters will empower the project to pass through all difficulties and reach its achievement. So that it could benefit Thungyai officers, researchers, organizations, and publics, in academic field for preservative purpose as its original objectives.
