Solar Cell : Thungyai : Western Forest Conservation Club : WFCC

Mr. Un , carried solar cell pole on his shoulder and walked to the location where the solar panell was to be installed after morning coffe on the early morning of March 19 , 2005 .

The rangers and volunteers helped digging a hole for the solar pole to be put in .

while the other unpacked the solar panel and mounted it with the solar pole .

Mr. Nitas , was cabling the ground wire of the solar charger controller and mounting the solar charger controller unit with the wall .

some rangers helped mixing concrete for the installation of the solar pole .

Mr. Tawet and Mr. Berm helped wiring the solar panel to the solar charger controller .

when the concrete was ready , Mr. Un and Nitas lifted the solar pole and drop it in the hole .

Mr. Prajuab , Weingthong and Piya , the rangers , helped mixing concrete .

bamboo tripod was made to support the solar pole while concrete was pouring into the hole .

the solas cell system is an ideal equipment which produce electricty to power the radion system of all wildlife protection station .

though the solar cell system cost a lot , an expensive investment , but it endures for long time , besides , it is friendly to natural environment , cause no pollutions .

WFCC has initiated and utilised the solar caell system at Thungyai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary since year 2001 , up to this day , 70% of 21 wildlife protection stations has been equipped with the solar cell system .

due to the essence of the radio system of all wildlife protection stations to all rangers lives , solar cell system then play more vital role as the source of the endless and pure energy to power the radio system .

before saying good bye to the rangers , sharing food and medicine to the rangers was what WFCC has been long practiced , this helped reminding the rangers that there was someone cared and missed them . This is one way to add up their working energy and drived them towards the objective of conservation the nature and wildlife .

nothing more happiness to WFCC than the accomplishment of the missions , hundred of conservation projects and endless effort pouing into Thungyai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary in the past decade in the attempt to protect and conserve the world heritage wildlife sanctuary for the benefit of Thai and the people of the world .
