Solar Cell
System Installation at May 6, 2005: WFCC successfully installed solar cell system at Ti Ku wildlife protection station as to produce electricity to power its radio system with the help of the rangers and WFCC members. The nature friendly energy will facilitate and cut energy cost for the rangers and stood as a solid guarantee of never ended source of energy for its station.
Ti Ku wildlife protection station is located at the south rim of the wildlife sanctuary function as a buffer between villages and Thungyai . Without Ti Ku , southern Thungyai is hardly escape from the devastation of the villagers who need land for their plantation area as they have turned out 80,000 acres of forest area to be big agricultural fields during the past 10 years.
