               December 27, 2006. Mr. Yang, the assistant chief of KNR wildlife research station in Huai Khakhaeng WS, again launched some more photo recorded of tigers resulted from the 2nd area operation research through communicative satellite system directly to Thungyai Naresuan.

                 From the 2nd area, we got photos of another 6 tigers with 2 shots unidentifiable. In conclusion, we now got totally 8 tigers with 2 unidentifiable tiger with several species of other wildlife in our record. These information will also be kept in database system of KNR wildlife research station which has been developed by WCS. As well as some presentation media will be produced for public relation.

                The information will be used for analyze and assess existence of this endangered species which plays its grant role as the top carnival of food chain. And, the result will point out the direction of site management and other strategy for preservation.
                   Our thanks should go to all our partners Mr. Saksit Simchareon; the head of KNR wildlife research station, Dr. Anak Pattanaviboon from WCS, members and volunteers of WFCC including all supporters who took participation in any way to force this very first wildlife research of Thungyai Naresuan WS finally settled successfully.
